We have used Premier Floors for two different projects in our current house (and counting!) and have always had the best experience. Shereen and Fred are amazing and our project manager Beth has always been a joy to work with. They are professional, honest and have always left us very satisfied customers. We first used them to refinish our wood floors when we moved into our new house and our project manager Beth helped us through numerous iterations find the PERFECT wood stain for our floors. We receive compliments on color constantly!

I cannot say enough about Greg and his team. I was in a rush to have a repair done to my hardwood floors before putting my house on the market. Greg responded within hours of me reaching out, came the next morning and gave me an estimate (great pricing!!), was able to locate my hardwoods in a temperature-controlled environment, and installed them all that same day!! His crew was professional and so efficient. I am so grateful to find someone who puts their customer first. I highly recommend Premier Floors!!

Premier floors took the time to help me choose flooring based on my budget and also what flooring type would work best for the first level of my home. The experience I received was positive, kind, knowledgeable and reassuring. The job was done perfectly on top of that! I’m very grateful!

I recently had Premier Floors install flooring throughout most of my house. The project manager, Beth, was extremely helpful and was with me every step of the way. She explained how everything would work, what I needed to do and what to expect during the installation process. The Flooring team was professional, skilled and very quick. The flooring looks great, I could not be happier. They ensured everything was taken care of and totally cleaned up after the process. This is the place to go if you need your project to be correctly the first time.

The process was so easy and quick to have new hardwoods installed … They delivered the material to acclimate within 24 hrs of providing the down payment and installed the floors 4 days later. The team took lots of care with the shoe molding, even dealing with tricky areas. Overall, would work with them again and highly recommend to others.

From start to finish, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. The craftsmanship displayed by the construction team was top-notch. The team was punctual, respectful of our space, and left the work area clean each day. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the final results. Any concerns we had were promptly addressed, and they even completed the project ahead of schedule. Overall, we highly recommend Premier Floors for any remodeling needs. They exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for their dedication to quality work. Thank you to the entire team for turning our vision into a beautiful reality!

We had a fantastic experience with Premier Floors after massive flood damage in our home. Fred’s teams replaced and repainted many of our ceilings and walls, and replaced every flooring surface in our home. We got lovely plush carpet upstairs, and an “oak” LVP for the downstairs. The stairs were done in oak hardwood, were stained to match the LVP, and turned out beautifully. As pleased as we are with how it turned out, the best part of the experience with Fred and Premier was how easy and painless the process was to get our flood ruined home into the best shape it’s ever been. We will certainly be back with Premier next time we want to do a home project.
